Shavon Gibson

Human Resource Department

Shavon, born and raised in New York City, mother to one son & one fur-baby, a certified Pilates instructor and world traveler.

Passionate about building a high-performing workforce by cultivating a culture of collaboration, diversity, and continuous learning through effective HR practices.

Starving towards building and training a professional, strong and dependable administrative team with a visionary mindset.

Kaiya Robinson

Account Manager

Kaiya is a Philadelphia native, attended Morgan State University, majoring in Fashion Merchandising. In just a few short months, Kaiya surpassed the challenges in front of him by pushing himself past his limits to advance himself to leadership. He is extremely passionate about building a strong team and making a name for himself throughout this organization.

Kai’s is working towards expansion manager and starting a charity to help unhoused and displaced people.

Jordan is a go getter. In her first month with the company, she excelled in her weekly sales, became a team leader and her highly competitive spirit keeps her goal focused-on of opening and running a successful business by summer of 2025.

Jordan also aspires to start a family-owned real estate business.

Account Manager

Isis, a Maryland native, joined the team summer of 2024 and made leadership within her first two months in the business with steady sales weekly. She has ambitions to open her own office by summer of 2025. With the end game being several successful expansion offices under her umbrella.

Aden Berhane

I’m Aden Berhane, originally from Silver Spring, Maryland, and I’m proud to come from Ethiopian parents who worked extremely hard to create a better life for our family. Watching their sacrifice, discipline, and determination growing up shaped the way I approach business and leadership today. They taught me that success comes from consistency, humility, and being willing to outwork the circumstances around you.

Before becoming an entrepreneur, I spent eight years as a Care Manager working with children with autism. That experience taught me how to communicate with different personalities, lead with patience, build trust, and help people recognize potential in themselves even when they may not see it yet.

I attended American InterContinental University (AIU), continuing to invest in my personal and professional development.

Today, I’m passionate about building people, developing leaders, and creating real opportunities for growth. My background in nursing taught me how to develop people, while entrepreneurship taught me how to challenge people to become more.

As a leader, I believe in setting the pace not asking anyone to do something I’m unwilling to do myself. I believe in accountability, hard work, positive energy, and creating an environment where motivated people can come in, learn, grow, and build something for themselves. My goal with this office is bigger than sales. I want to create leaders. I want people who walk through our doors to leave with stronger confidence, better communication skills, greater discipline, and a belief that they are capable of more.

My name is Amya Boone, and I am proud to call Chattanooga, Tennessee, home. Before beginning my current career path, I worked as a cook at Chipotle Grill, where I learned the value of hard work, consistency, and teamwork. On May 5, 2026, I started a new chapter in my professional journey because I wanted more for myself and the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally.
As a single parent, my daughter is my greatest source of motivation. Every day, I strive to build a better future for us and provide her with the best life possible. I want her to see that dedication, perseverance, and self-belief can open doors to endless opportunities.
To me, leadership means leading from the front and setting the example for others. It means showing people that it's okay to step outside of their comfort zones, embrace challenges, and allow themselves to grow. I believe great leaders inspire confidence, encourage development, and help others recognize their own potential.
I am committed to continuous growth and excellence, and I have set a personal goal to be promoted by September 2026. With determination, a strong work ethic, and a passion for leadership, I am focused on making a positive impact while continuing to develop into the best version of myself.

I’m originally from Jamaica and currently serve as an Account Manager at BMG. Before entering direct sales, I worked at Forvia/TNM on the Volkswagen plant, where I showcased discipline, consistency, and a strong work ethic.
I joined BMG with a clear vision: to build a championship team, develop future leaders, and earn the opportunity to become an owner within the next seven months. My mission isn’t just to produce results—it’s to create a culture where people grow personally, professionally, and financially.

It's about serving others, building trust, and inspiring people to reach their full potential.  My goal is to continue developing my leadership skills, growing my team, and staying consistent with the BMG system so I can achieve ownership and long-term success within the company. My Ownership Goal: My goal is to continue growing within BMG by learning from experienced leaders, building a strong team, and strengthening my leadership skills. Through consistent performance and team development, I am working toward becoming an owner within the next five months.

Hello, my name is Lillie Turner. Before joining Berhane Management Group, I lived in Mississippi, where I worked as a welder and fabricator for a company specializing in steel building fabrication. In addition to my production responsibilities, I trained and developed new hires, helping them succeed in their roles and maintain company standards.
Since joining Berhane Management Group, I have developed strong leadership skills centered around accountability, communication, team development, and operational excellence. As both the Vice President and Administrator, I play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the business while helping drive the growth and success of our team. I have learned the importance of leading by example, motivating others through challenges, and creating a culture focused on personal growth, production, and results.
This opportunity has strengthened my ability to coach individuals, build high-performing teams, manage administrative responsibilities, and maintain a positive mindset in a fast-paced environment. I understand that lasting success comes from consistency, perseverance, and investing in the development of others while maintaining operational efficiency and achieving company goals.

Mason Hoyle

I’m from the Chattanooga, Tennessee area, and I currently am a Leader at BMG Before joining BMG.

I served in the Tennessee Army National Guard as a 25H Network Communications Systems Specialist, including a 9-month deployment to Kuwait and Jordan. My military experience taught me the importance of discipline, teamwork, communication, accountability, and staying committed to the mission.

To me, leadership means setting the example instead of simply telling people what to do. I believe a true leader holds themselves to a high standard, helps the people around them improve, and becomes someone their team can depend on. My goal is to create more leaders by helping the entire team grow and succeed.

Over the next 8–12 months, my goal is to continue developing as a leader, build a strong and productive team, and work toward ownership and incorporation. I’m committed to growing personally and professionally while helping others reach their goals and creating a team built for long-term success.
